Zapro × OnHand

AI keys, step by step

Two quick signups — same idea as Twilio: the accounts are Zapro's, and you send David one key from each. Both are pay-per-use: no monthly fee, and normal OnHand use costs pennies. Checkmarks save as you go.

Before you start: sign up for both with your business email, shia@zaprony.com — both sites have a "Continue with Google" button, so you can just use your Google login and skip making a password. And a rule for both keys: each key is shown only once, and it's a password — copy it right away, and send it to David by password-manager share or in person, never regular email or text.

1 · Anthropic — the brain

Claude reads your WhatsApp messages ("used 3 cameras on the Smith job") and works out what you meant before OnHand touches the inventory.

2 · OpenAI — the voice

OpenAI turns your voice notes into text and OnHand's answers back into a spoken voice note.

The other slots

OnHand's settings also have spots for Gemini and Grok keys — skip those. They're spare slots for the future; we'll walk you through them if we ever turn them on.

That's it — two keys, sent securely. David plugs them into OnHand's locked settings and the AI side switches on. If any screen looks different than described, send a voice note through the widget and we'll sort it out.
