1 · Answer four questions (voice notes are perfect)

One follow-up: the "cap".In your voice note it sounded like "a high-efficient camera needs a cap" — which cameras is that, and what exactly is the cap (the item)? A one-line voice note settles it.

2 · Your standard packages

List the 4–5 jobs you quote over and over.Like "4-camera install", "2-family intercom". Just names and what's roughly in them — we pre-build them so a quote is one sentence.

3 · Phone number (Twilio)

Create Zapro's Twilio account.Twilio is where your new OnHand phone number comes from — and the account is yours, so the number can also do SMS and anything else later.✅ Done — account created and upgraded, $20 loaded.

Send David the two account keys — securely.Account SID + Auth Token from the Console home page.✅ Done — received, tested, working.

Get the phone number.Nothing for you to do — Twilio is reviewing the "Zapro LLC" business profile; the moment it's approved, David buys the number and texts it to you.⏳ In progress — waiting on Twilio's review.

4 · AI accounts (two more signups, same idea as Twilio)

Create Zapro's Anthropic account and send David the key.Anthropic's Claude is the brain that reads your messages ("used 3 cameras on the Smith job") and figures out what you meant. Step-by-step here: AI keys setup.

Create Zapro's OpenAI account and send David the key.OpenAI handles the voice side — understanding your voice notes and answering you back out loud. Same page: AI keys setup.

5 · WhatsApp signup

Do the one-time Meta/WhatsApp setup.Step-by-step here: WhatsApp setup. About 20 minutes; David joins you by phone for the verification-code step. Starts once the phone number above exists.

Send David the five values from the last step — securely.Password-manager share or in person. Not regular email.
